Join us for some Bingo fun on Friday, September 28, 2018, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the CMS MPR.  Students must bring their student I.D. card.


Girls Who Code is a free project-based program that teaches coding skills and sparks interest in careers in computer science. Clubs will meet one day a week, after school, for an hour-and-a-half at your school.  The club will run for 10-12 weeks.  Students are expected to attend each session.  The program is open to LVJUSD students in middle school and high school. Register online at


The club at CMS will meet on Thursdays from 2:35 to 4:15 in Room 204.  The first meeting is on September 20. Both boys and girls are welcome to participate.


This program is made possible by a partnership with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's Computation Directorate.  Classes will be taught by LLNL volunteers. 


Attention CMS 8th Grade Students:

If you are interested in going on the 8th grade Washington, D.C./New York City trip in June 2019, please attend the trip information meeting with your parent on Wednesday, September 26th, in the CMS Library at 6:30 p.m. We hope to see you there.

Introducing School Loop

School Loop is an exciting tool for communicating with all members of the learning community.  It is a web-based service that provides a direct link to published class assignments, students’ grades, and other school information.  If you have not already done so, please register.  All registered members will receive periodic emails providing them with specific information relating to their student and the school.
